Rachelle & Jason ~ Couple Session ~ Seattle

I finally got my sister, Rachelle, and her boyfriend, Jason, to agree to let me photograph them at UW!

I remember before they started dating, when my sister used to stalk the "cute boy" at school (UW). They were in classes together but Rachelle didn't think he knew she existed. Apparently he did notice her, because last Christmas marked 6 years since the first time she brought him home to meet our crazy family and this July will mark 7 years since they began dating!

Jason and Rachelle are so perfect together. They bring the best out of eachother.

I apologize in advance for how extremely long this post is! There were just so many photos I wanted to share it was hard to choose!

We started the session at their home.

Meet Princess Barbie, their furbaby!

Then we went out to their backyard to get a few shots.

My assistant/mom suggested we use the tire swing like a frame and I wasn't too sure at first but I loved how it turned out!

Then we headed over to UW hoping to get some shots with the Cherry Blossoms.
Unfortunately, it turned out we missed them.

The campus is full of beautiful architecture and even without the Cherry Blossoms there were still so many photo ops.

We saw this shopping cart and I got so excited!
What could be better than a shopping cart? A red shopping cart!
Okay it might sound odd, but I have always wanted to take photos of a couple with a shopping cart.

Rachelle was so nervous to get in this abandoned shopping cart, but because she is my sister, I forced her! There was no way she was not getting in it.

At the end of all the trees we found one still blooming!

The photo below is one of my favorites from their session!

The tall building below (on the left) was where they took their first class together.

Last but not least, they got in their Husky gear for a couple photos.

Thanks, Rachelle & Jason for the opportunity to photograph such a beautiful couple!
